  • Sending the form : You can fill out the form online within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. We will notify you by email upon receipt a return number to indicate when returning. You can also send us this withdrawal form by email, fax, or registered mail, along with your signature and the date of dispatch (the date of the mail, email or fax as proof).
  • Return products : You have a maximum of 14 days after your request for withdrawal to send the products concerned.. 
  • Returned products must be in original condition, accompanied by their original packaging, without having been used and accompanied by the return number communicated by us.
  • The costs and risks of returns remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is his responsibility to keep proof of the return of the Products and to insure the Product according to its value.
  • Refund: The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the products in original condition. No return will be accepted if it has not been the subject of a prior agreement.
